Oral presentation instructions: Each talk is 15 minutes long. It is recommended to use 12 minutes to present and 3 minutes to discuss.

The equipment available will be PC and Data Projector. The presenter is responsible for loading his/her slides on the PC before the session starts.

The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint.

Poster presentation instructions: Your poster will be exhibited during the conference. Posters will be listed by session in the Conference Programme.
Authors are expected to be at their poster when its session is scheduled.

Dimensions and format

The poster can be up to 1.8 m high x 1.2 m wide. We will provide materials for attaching posters. However you can bring your own if you prefer.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English. Abstracts may not be longer than 400 words including the title, authors, affiliations., and text. Authors should indicate their presentation preference (Oral , Poster , Symposium). The Program Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method. Refer to an abstract example when you prepare abstract.
